I want to create a podcast that interviews philosophers from within and without the academia whose voices and research is o overlooked in the traditional curriculum. The money I raise will be devoted to production costs such as hiring a BIPOC team of: - musicians for the theme song -graphic design -social media and marketing manager
I am in the last stage of my PhD in Philosophy at the University of Aberdeen. My current research focuses on autonomy in healthcare relationships and examining person-centred policies. As a researcher with a chronic illness, I am passionate about making academia more inclusive to people with disabilities and I constantly challenge myself to create inclusive learning environments when I am teaching.
